 CYNTHIA DANIELS 
Cynthia Daniels has over 20 years of experience across military, law enforcement, criminal defense, and government work. She served as a military police officer with war time deployments, a civilian police officer tasked to special units including the mobile enforcement team and community policing, a Capital Mitigation Specialist conducting intensive investigations on death penalty cases and served as the military and veterans advocate for a United States Senator. She has a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology and has attended numerous trainings and specialized classes, including but not limited to Cyber Forensic Investigations, Social Media Intelligence, and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). Cynthia has always had a strong passion and commitment for investigative work and making sure she is attentive to every detail. 
 ERIC DANIELS 
Eric Daniels is a retired law enforcement professional with over 23 years of experience. Eric started his career with the New York City Police Department as a patrol officer in the South Bronx. He then joined the Delaware State Police where he held numerous roles in his 21 years with the Division to include Detective, Patrol Sergeant, and Operator, Leader and Instructor for the SWAT Team, Background Investigator, Control Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor and Active Shooter Response Instructor. Eric has specialized experience in Criminal Investigations to include all felony crimes with a concentration in large scale Financial Crimes, Fraud, Identity Theft, and Surveillance. 
 TODD PATERSON 
Todd Paterson is a retired Captain serving more than 30 years with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in Southern California. During his career, Todd worked a variety of assignments including, SWAT, Narcotics (street, Mid and Major levels and undercover), Detective Sergeant, Commander of Emergency Operations, Terrorism and Executive Officer for the Court Services Division. While in Emergency Operation and Court Services Todd was responsible for conducting threat assessments on all county facilities and schools as well as planning and implemental operations for judicial protection. As the Commander of the Employee Resources Division, Todd was responsible for workplace violence investigations for all county facilities, CCW investigations and department Human Resources compliance and complaints investigations.

Prior to, and since retirement Todd has worked in the private sector for 8 years conducting workers comp, employment, personal injury, traffic collision, surveillance, and personnel investigations.

Todd has further completed extensive training in numerous specialized fields and has reference letters from various attorneys which are available upon request.
